Lena K. Hill is a seasoned executive strategist with over 15 years of experience leading operations and systems change across government and nonprofit sectors. Driven by a deep commitment to organizational sustainability and community impact, Lena founded Reign Strategy Group to bring that same level of high-impact, precision-driven strategy to the organizations doing the hardest work in our communities. She is equally committed to cultivating the next generation of leaders in the human services space — building a network of professionals who lead with purpose, operate with excellence, and create lasting change in the communities they serve.

Yvette Williams brings over 30 years of nonprofit management experience to her work as a leader, entrepreneur, and organizational coach. Her expertise spans strategic planning, capacity building, coaching, and program development and evaluation, giving her a comprehensive understanding of what organizations need to grow and sustain their impact. For more than 30 years she has worked with nonprofits, churches, businesses, and communities across the country, providing executive coaching, strategic management support, peer learning, community development, and resident engagement. Yvette is passionate about building strong communities by informing, connecting, and engaging people in the social change process and helping them improve their quality of life.

Alicia Davis is a nonprofit development leader with over two decades of experience at the intersection of government, social services, faith-based leadership, and community impact — and a Transformation Coach committed to helping people and organizations step into their full potential. She has led fundraising strategy for nationally recognized nonprofits, driving donor development, grant acquisition, and program growth that have expanded community reach and organizational impact. Her career spans frontline family work, organizational leadership, and systems-level service — giving her a rare, ground-up understanding of what it truly takes to build institutions that serve people well. As Managing Partner, Alicia brings both strategic depth and a personal commitment to helping individuals and organizations move through transition and into purpose.
